Questions before you start
What happens when my free trial ends?
You have 14 days to try everything. After that your card is charged for the plan you chose, unless you cancel first.
Can I cancel? What happens to my chats?
Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access for 14 days, and everything is deleted 30 days after canceling, or right away if you ask. Download your data first if you want a copy.
Do you read or sell my messages?
No. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, so we can't read them. We don't run ads and we don't sell data.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can switch between Single and Family, and Business can move up a size, from your account page.
Is there anything extra to pay?
No setup fee. You pay the monthly price shown, plus any tax that applies where you live.
